Its a 3 bedroom place in beautiful Toorak right near the shops and quiet despite being on a main road (were set back from the street a bit).Your room is medium size with a built-in robe along one wall (i.e. heaps of storage space!) and a big window (with a flyscreen and blind). Our apartment is clean quiet and tidy. Were looking for someone who is financially secure (dont care if youre a student as long as you can pay rent and bills on time!) who is quietish but doesnt mind cooking up a meal or sharing a bottle of wine from time to time. You should be mature and willing to do your share of the cleaning! Between 23 and 30 years of age would be great and wed prefer a female.Rent is approx. $170 per week (we pay by calendar month) not including bills (gas electricity rented washing machine).Our new lease has just started so we need someone to move in as soon as possible!
