We Jack and Esta are a 24 year-old guy and 24 year-old girl looking for a housemate to share our lovely and warm light filled 3 bedroom apartment situated in a quiet leafy street in Toorak. We are both very easy-going welcoming and social people.The apartment is literally walking distance to everything you need. Hawksburn train station buses and the 72 Camberwell tram are practically at your doorstep. A supermarket book shops pharmacy and cafes are just a short stroll away. The apartment is also completely furnished but the lucky candidates bedroom will not be. The bedroom is a decent size and has built in robes.Ideally we are looking for someone reasonably neat and tidy between the age of 21 and 30 who is employed. Students welcome as long as you dont have any financial woes. Shift workers welcome too. We will allow a smoker but strictly outside on the balcony. A three month minimum stay would be expected.The rent is $650 per calendar month due on the 1st day of every month and a $650 bond is also required upon moving in. The gas and electricity bills are split equally 3 ways.
