Hi,i have place in Toorak thats 5min to Toorak rd tram line & also to the local shops.Its a big apartment which has a big dining room,living room,laundry room.There is only one other apartment on top.Im looking for a working female/student that can pay the rent on time & someone that uses there common sense.
