Okay, so my roommate is moving out and that means I’m going to have a free bed in my room. I have a really big room in a beautful house in Toorak, right beside the train station which is only 5 stops away from Finders street. It’s also on the 16 and 8 tram routes and a 2 minute journey away from Chapel Street. The room is really big and I’ts got two wall to ceiling windows and a patio door which looks out over a garden. I share a house with some other lovely lovely people and we’re all very friendly and help each other out. The house has enough people to give you all you need socially, as well as the space if you need your own private time.

I’m looking for someone nice, friendly and laid back. I don’t have photos because my camera isn’t working, but if you give me a text I can try and get some sent to you, or you can come and view the room yourself.

The room is $350 a week, so that’s $175 each. All bills are included, including amazing wifi. Let me know if you’re intrested. It really is a beautiful house
