We are looking to rent out our third bedroom in our 4 bedroom home in templestowe. You have a choice of 2 bedrooms as one is currently vacant which has a wardrobe, other being our gym room.

The house comes fully furnished with a big family room with all the necessities such as TV, xbox, computer with the net. Floorboards throughout with carpeted bedrooms. A large open backyard with a padio for entertaining. Plenty of on street parking as the car port is full with 2x motorbikes and a car. We are lacking a dish washer which is a pain, but planning to get our hands on one soon. Ducted heating which works extremely well.

Both tennants are shift workers based in the CBD and metro areas. A well trained dog also lives at the residence who is in and out of the house as she pleases.

We are after a person who has a stable job/uni and lifestyle. We are both easy going people who keep a clean and tidy house, play sports and enjoy a beer. Ultimately you just need to be a decent person with decent house rules and hygiene for us to get a long. Utilities will be split 3 ways whenever they come.
