Hello I am looking for a flatmate to share a lovely house in Murrumbeena.It is a three bedroom house (but the back room is more like a sun room) it has air conditioning gas heating off street parking and a big back yard – gardening is looked after as a part of the rent. Close to shops and only 2 blocks from the train station (zone 1).You would be sharing with one other me :)Im a single female and have a cat. I mainly spend the week going to the gym watching movies or reading and I go out on the weekends.Rent is $240pw +expenses.If this sounds like something you would be interested in please let me know
