The apartment is located on the corner of two popular roads which has two different tram lines and a train station within 5 minutes walking distance as well as a small supermarket and newsagency and a park right next door. The apartment itself is on the second floor and has three bedrooms a kitchen a living area a bathroom and a small laundry. At the moment the apartment is only partially furnished but during January and February we will be fully furnishing the apartment (including new couches and a dining table!). Despite being in a busy area the apartment is very quiet. It also receives good light and is neat and tidy.Well I just finished my honours degree studying film and next year Ill either be going on to do further study or working fulltime. I travel overseas every few months so Im back and forth a lot. When at home I spend my time watching television or browsing the internet. Im neat and quiet yet also enjoy a good chat and the odd glass of wine. Im originally from Wagga Wagga in NSW but moved to Melbourne almost 5 years ago to study!We are looking for someone who is neat and tidy and quiet late at night. Also want someone friendly and sociable who is up for a chat! Non smokers and non heavy drinkers please. We dont mind if youre male/female straight/gay or working/studying as long as you are good company do your fair share to keep the house clean and take care of the furniture!
