***** NO STUDENTS ****** Hey My name is Ash and my housemate is leaving by the 4th of February so need someone to move in ASAP. The apartment has 3 bedrooms – but only 1 of the rooms is going – so the middle one is a spare bedroom. The room available is the biggest of the 3 — and has plenty of storage as you can see from the photos. We spilt the rent evenly so its $802 a month – paid on/by the 6th of each month. Bond in $780 dollars. No internet connection atm but happy to go halves in a plan. We are allowed animals but I think only an indoor cat would suit the apartment. (no animals at the moment)Im 26 I have a full time job wihich includes shift work. Im someone that enjoys my own space but always up for a chat and a glass of wine if we are around at the same time. I am really just looking for someone who is easy to get along with no dramas and can pay the rent! Full time job is a must as youll find it hard getting approved by the real estate without it.
