I have one room available for share, it`s in a 3 bed, 2 bath, 1 powder room, 2 storey townhouse.

Location is 3 mins walk to bus stop, and bus is 25 mins to central city, in half hourly frequency. If you are driving, it`s only a short distance to the Eastern freeway access, and off-street parking is available.

Room is fully furnished with a Queen-sized bed, built-in wardrobe, a study table, reverse cycle air-conditioning, central heating, and your own small balcony.

I am a mid-age female, work casual and from home. My son sometimes come over to stay on Sundays only. I like to keep the house reasonably clean and tidy, hope you like too. I also like a friendly and peaceful environment.
