Hey there!Im looking for a seriously cool housemate to share this fantastic two-storey townhouse. Its fully furnished except for your bedroom. But the rest is all there for you. Furniture whitegoods and decor! Even a BBQ on the patio!So about me: Im 26 years old (female) very easy going and down to earth but definitely like to have a laugh and a bit of fun and maybe even the odd cook up if youre keen! I do travel alot for work so Im looking for someone who is reliable and willing to take the same care around the house when Im not there as you would when I am there.I also like to live in a home as opposed to a share house so Im definitely looking for someone who wants to make this a home with me. Not someone who just comes and goes eats sleeps showers and goes again. Id like to build a strong mateship with my housemate so everyones chilled cool and just happy and easy.Thats just how I like to live my life. Cool chilled happy and easy! :-)Ofcourse the usuals apply: you have to be clean and tidy happy to take the rubbish out happy to do the odd vacumn know how to load and unload a dishwasher and push a button to make it wash willing to keep your own space moderately neat and take care of your own bathroom in terms of cleanliness. What do I like to do in my spare time? Play tennis wakeboard dance chill out with a dvd/book play piano whip up a storm in the kitchen head out with friends nice days down the beach going for a jog/run and keeping busy in general. Downstairs comprises a large lounge / dining room with split system air conditioning opening onto a large private balcony open plan kitchen with stainless steel dishwasher and oven and granite benchtops. Theres also a seperate downstairs powder room and European laundry. Upstairs features two generous sized and light filled bedrooms (one of which is yours) both have ensuites and built in robes. At the top of the stairs is a landing area that acts as another informal small living area with sofa (great for guests) and a full digital piano. (Dont worry I have a big pair of headphones so I dont disturb anyone!) You will have your own car space in a secure basement remote control car park. And its so close to the Eastern Freeway entrance public transport Kew Junction shopping Studley Park Boat Shed and the Yarra River. And ofcourse will be returned to you upon moving out providing you leave everything in perfect working order. Bills are shared. Theres gas (quarterly) electricity (quarterly) and still yet to find out about whether water is included. Im about to move in there myself so I can definitely let you know as soon as I find out. You can probably approximate gas will be roughly $50 per quarter for each of us and the same goes for electricity.I probably wont install a home phone line at this stage as most people just use mobile phones these days but I will look into it in the future and see if its necessary then.I cant think of much else to write at the moment so if I have forgotten anything important please let me know.
