A room is soon to be available in our great share house in Kew. The town house we live in is only about a year old with lovely modern kitchen bathroom and layout and decent sized rooms. We currently have everything set-up so you would only need to bring yourself and your belongings. Our housemate that is moving on needs to sell her bed bed side table and a few other bits and pieces which can be arranged if required. Our house is a 2 minute walk from a tram which runs right down Bridge Road and in to the city or down Victoria Parade and on to Port Melbourne. We also have all you would need right nearby with a supermarket cafes restaurants etc. all round the corner on High Street. Living here will be Craig 26 a Lawyer and Bec 24 a Masters Student. We are both really relaxed but also super busy we enjoy hanging out when we can but also have a house big enough which allows us to spend time alone easily. We split all bills 3 ways which include all the usual amenities as well as broad band internet connection. We are looking for somebody easy going and reliable but who also can share a drink and join in a laugh!
