We are two friendly, sociable and independent women looking for a flatmate – we are busy with work and study but love to share a wine or a meal and good conversation when together.

The room fits a double bed – possibly can supply a bed if needed for a short term stay. Room has built in wardrobes – share bathroom with one other person.

Very easygoing and openminded about most things – we do prefer to keep our house clean and not have big parties at home – though guests are welcome – and also we prefer not to have a tv in the living area.

The townhouse is quite spacious and is located on the Kew/Richmond border, walking distance from vibrant Bridge road. Has a car port if needed, though both 109 and 48 trams are a couple of minutes walk away.
