I have a room available in Kew in a very spacious apartment (upstairs in block of only 6). The place is fully furnished and very neat and tidy. 5 of the 6 apptmts are owner occupied so its a nice safe and quiet little block. The apartment has a new kitchen with dishwasher massive bathroom washing machine car space storage unit 500m from Kew Junction trams and 200 and 205 bus stop just outside the door 500m from supermarket and cafs. I am 27yo male professional working full time and train up to 20 odd hours a week for triathlon so I like to just come home and relax with TV music cooking etc its defiantly not a party house but saying that Im not a party nazi so if you have friends around for beers then all good. (Also I am a Brewer so if you do like the odd beverage then there are always some cold ones in the fridge).
