Large room in a greatly appointed house. The room contains a walk in robe and polished floor boards and both can support a Queen sized bed easily with plenty of space to spare. Room is approximately 3.6m x 3.6m with additional space for the walk in robe.The house is located in a quiet street in Zone 1 with an 800m walk (or 60mtr to bus) to the station. It is also 5 mins drive or a single bus ride to Monash Uni.The rooms are all inclusive of:all utilitieswireless internet (fair use policy and no illegal downloads)essentials (toilet paper cleaning products)There is no requirement for gardening and the house is separated nicely so that the room reside in basically the back part of the house which includes a large family room complete with large tv with a huge entertaining outdoor area.Couples will be more expensive due to additional costs – self explanatory reallyNo parties but BBQs / dinner parties with friends ok. Must be neat and tidy and generally a good housemate – you will be expected to assist with the house work in the common areas and your own space.I am professionally employed and social due to my change in status so I am not around a lot which gives plenty of space. The house is very well appointed and you will find me very relaxed so the facilities are available for all.Non-Smoker preferred.
