This is a surprisingly large house for the price and location! We (27 and 28 year old female professionals) are looking for another person to make this house a home. About us: We are both fairly quiet throughout the week but do like to keep active on the weekends. We also both enjoy cooking playing sport and socialising with friends. About you: Ideally you are of a similar age quite active and are happy to have a conversation and a laugh with the two of us. We are in need of a washing machine so if you can supply one that would be great! Otherwise we are looking for someone who is willing to chip in for one. If possible we are also looking for someone to move in on or around the 23rd May. About the house: We have an amazing landlord who has kindly kept the rent cheap so dont be put off by the low price. The house is fully furnished except for the available room. The room is big enought to fit a queen size bed comfortably and includes built-in robes. We are located on a quiet street within walking distance to Glenferrie Train Station restaurants supermarkets cafes and Glenferrie Rd.
