Hi my housemate is moving out late June so I am looking for a new housemate.THE LOCATION1737 Malvern Rd Glen Iris. Next to the train station tram stop bike path into city and Monash Freeway. Also a short bike ride from Monash Caulfied.THE APARTMENTThe building is quite modern building (about 7 years old check it out on Street View its next to the Noel Jones) with good security and a basement with room for your bike. The apartment has a dishwasher balcony washing machine and ADSL2 internet. If your wondering why I havent posted a photo of the bedroom (decent size and built-in wardrobe by the way) its cos its still full of my housemates stuff. Youre welcome to have a look when you come to inspect of course.Aside from your bedroom the place is pretty much fully furnished- of course your welcome to bring whatever you like and well find a place for it (and if my… ahem… minimalist interior decorating style isnt to your taste I welcome you to spice it up a bit!). I dont smoke but its not a problem if you do as long as its done in your bedroom or outside please. Its not a craaaaazy 24 hour party place but of course youre welcome to have friends over etc when you like. Im looking for someone who will stay for at least 6 months.
