We have a lovely, spacious home in Glen Iris, which is approximately 15 minutes from the city, a short tramride to Chapel St. and a few minutes walk to public transport.

The house has been completely refurbished, with polished floorboards throughout, two living areas, a huge backyard and garage for storage.

Rent is $666 p/mth excluding bills, which are shared between two other housemates – Claire, 27, who works in the Hospitality industry and Sharlee, 26, who works in fashion. We enjoy catching up for a meal and a few reds when we can, however our working hours are pretty different, so we tend to lead seperate lives.

Please let us know if you’d be interested in filling the room, as our 3rd housemate is looking to move out in the next couple of weeks. You would need to pay one months rent plus a bond of $630 upfront. Call Sharlee or Claire if you’d like to organise a visit – we’d love to meet you!
