I am a female looking for someone to share a house in Malvern East. Looking for a nonsmoker working full time.

The place is close to tram and train and the Monash Freeway, so easy access to most of Melbourne suburbs.

The room available is huge and will fit a bed, robe, desk and space left over, but it is currently unfurnished. There is a desk bookcase and clothes rack available if needed(see pics).

The house has bedrooms & bathroom upstairs and kitchen & living room downstairs. It has recently been renovated, so new bathroom and kitchen. There is a rear courtyard that is great for entertaining.

Two little cats are currently sharing my place. One is very friendly the other you will hardly ever see as he is a typical scaredy cat.
