We have a one bedroom granny flat/bungalow available to rent in Glen Iris. It is a self-contained bungalow including kitchen bathroom and bedroom living area. It is located at the rear of our block of land. There are five housemates living in the main share house on the property and the bungalow is completely seperate and private and is located towards the back of the block of land away from the main house. You are welcome to enter the main house through the back door to use the washing machine facilities. There is car parking available on the side street.
