I am renting a house in a great location very close to trains, trams and freeway, in a quiet inner eastern suburb.
I have three rooms available, one with own external access. It is an older style building with some character, but is spacious, and could suit a single person or couple.

There is off street parking, and good other parking close by.

The rooms are available until February, possibly longer,
you will need your own bedroom furniture, I have some lounge furniture and basic kitchen equipment.

Looking for open minded people as I live an alternative lifestyle, would not be suitable for people with fundamentalist type beliefs or socially conservative people.
