My name is Jeremy and I am looking for a new room mate

Where: On Burke Rd, between High St and Malvern Rd. 3 minutes from Gardiner Station and about a 5 minute drive to Malvern/Camberwell shops. 20 minutes out of the city!

Apartment: Clean and fully furnished (apart from your bedroom), 2 bedroom, semi-ground floor apartment in Glen Iris. With a balcony, a large living room, decent kitchen, bathroom and toilet. It has been recently renovated and is in great condition. The apartment is heated and cooled and has wooden floor boards as well as carpet in the bedrooms. Fully furnished besides bed/desk for your room! That includes a big fridge, awesome tv/surround sound, couches, playstation, etc. I’ve got some gym equipment too (rowing machine/bike/weights)

(Your) Bedroom: Bright with windows on the far side. Built-in robes. It’s not the largest space, but enough room for a desk and a queen sized bed quite comfortably. Carpeted as well.

Housemates: Well that would be me. I’m a 23yo guy studying Horticulture at Melb Uni (which means the balcony looks badass.. well in terms of flowers anyway). I work with kids and teenagers mostly and am pretty easy going. I love to cook and watch movies. I also like to workout and play Hockey, though Hockey has taken a back seat lately. Mostly though, I am a gamer at heart so you won’t see me stumbling into the house at 3am and smelling of urine. I also have a Blue Tongue Lizard named Monte. She is pretty relaxed as well.

I’m looking for somebody who is in the ballpark of my age, ideally a male. I’m looking for someone who likes to share cleaning and cooking. Over the past few years I’ve shared all the bills (including groceries) with my roommates and it’s worked really well. Keen to chat about that though if that sounds a bit full on. Someone who is keen to contribute to workout equipment is a bonus. Totally fine if you aren’t a good cook either!
