Two females (20 and 22 one student and one working full time) renting a 3 bedroom apartment in Caulfield North – it has an extra study balcony lounge room and kitchen area and of course bathroom/laundry. (for $775 pcm each plus bills).Its spacious and in a great location – right near Malvern Station and trams shops etc. we are easy going and sociable.
