Essentially, it is a private bedroom, bathroom and giant studio with a built in bar and backyard access situated across the whole ground floor.

The room is available from the 28th of June and the rent includes bills, cable internet, Netflix and fortnightly cleaning.

Its a huge split-level house with only 4 bedrooms. Amenities include 2 living areas, 3.5 bathrooms, pool table, 6 person Jacuzzi, home gym and large backyard with a separate gazebo.
The current housemates include 2 guys, and a couple girl (all working professionals) and ‘Milo’ our cocker spaniel.

We are ideally looking for 25-35 year old relatively social individual(s) (or couple for $30 extra per week) that is interested in a long term lease.
