Hey guys and girls we are two mid-20s girls looking to fill the void left after separating from our last housemate. We have just agreed to a lease on a big first floor three bedroom apartment and take possession next Friday (25/1). Plenty of parking and only a 5min walk to Glenhuntly station.The apartment has three double bedrooms with built in wardrobes a brand new bathroom and kitchen and huge separate meals and living spaces. The apartment will be fully furnished other than the bedroom however as we will be buying some new furniture we may (temporarily) be sitting on the floor until we can arrange delivery!About us: Barbara is a 26yo dentist I am a 24yo former speech therapist now physiotherapy student. We have been living together for 12 months now and while we enjoy doing our own thing we love sharing a meal a laugh a movie bottle of wine etc in the evening. While we appreciate that everyone can be a bit of a grub from time to time we do like to keep a tidy home particularly communal areas and are very excited that the apartment has a dishwasher!We are hoping to find someone fun and easy going to contribute to our new and happy home. We will favour anyone who is good with spiders.Unfortunately we are unable to show anyone around the apartment until we receive the keys next week however we are happy to answer any questions and if this appeals we are all for meeting up for a coffee and a chat. Rent is $150pw + bills divided by 3.
