Hi Im looking for a tidy and easy-going flatmate to share my two-bedroom flat in Camberwell. I am 27 years old and working full-time. I enjoy books music movies beer wine food and the gym. I have a 4 year old indoor cat.The available room is big enough for a queen size bed and has built in robes. The lounge room is fully furnished and the kitchen has the basics but there is an unfurnished dining room available to use as a study or second living area if you have a lot of stuff already. Theres also a lock up garage going to waste as I dont have a car.Its an old-fashioned flat but its in a beautiful art deco building really close to Camberwell Junction the Rivoli etc and has a great communal garden out the back.
