Bedroom for rent is very large, double BIR and has a wooden bed frame, tall boy and tv cabinet with shelving. Apartment has polished floorboards throughout and is open and bright. Off street parking and shared carport. Excellent location close to trams, station, Monash Freeway and 15 minutes from the CBD, 7 minutes to Chapel street.

Extremely cheap rent for the area. $800 per month & bills split.

The room is available from January 13th and there is a $800 bond.

Utilities are very cheap due to majority of the usage taking place morning, nights and weekends. Currently electricity is about $35 per person per month and same for gas. Water bill comes quarterly and is about $40 each for 3 months.
