Great 3 bedroom house, 1 housemate just moved out so there is 1 very large bedroom available in a house that has heaps of space, 2 living areas, 2 bathrooms, great outdoor / BBQ area. The house is fully furnished (including the bedroom with queen bed, wardrobe, drawn etc.) so nothing is required, but open to any changes and I can store any unneeded furniture. The room’s rent includes all utility bills, wifi internet and we have foxtel connected in main lounge room.

The house is just of Burke road, in Camberwell, it’s a 1 min walk to Burke rd tram, 5 min walk to Camberwell junction / cinema / shops. Short tram ride or 10-15 min walk to Camberwell train station.

A bit about myself… I’m a single male, 34, professional in the IT/Medical sector, I’m originally from country Vic but have been in Melbourne for 15 years. I’m easy going and don’t get easily wound up. Happy to socialise with my housemates but I’m also respectful of their space. The house is large so we don’t have to live in each other’s pockets. The other housemate is Jacqui, single, female, 34, works in health care. She is similarly easy going, she loves triathlons and most sports.

I enjoy going out for dinner and also like cooking, Jacqui and I sometimes share a meal, beer/wine at home and sometimes do our own thing. just depends on what suits on a given day.
