The bedroom available is 4.7 x 4.5m carpeted has ducted heating and built-in robes.We have a great kitchen for cooking and sharing a drink and a chat. Dining and living space and a peaceful retreat on the mezzanine level. Laundry with washing machine and dryer. Main bathroom with shower bath and toilet.The backyard contains an in-ground saltwater solar-heated pool. A great place to relax after a hard day at work or sit on the deck overlooking the pool and chill out any old time.Off-street and on-street parking available.Room available from 10 June 2012 (possibly earlier).
