Renovated 1960s house which is very clean with hardwood floors. Still a little work needs to be done but the house is nearly finished. I am 55 years old however most people think I look and certainly act much younger than that. I have just become a single man again. I am very clean and tidy and a non smoker. The utilites cost is an approximation and can be calculated or split when the bills come in.
