Hey!We have one big room available in a big house in Box Hill/Mont Albert area. It is walking distance to Whitehorse Rd to catch a very short tram trip to the Box Hill Centro Tafe etc. Cinema down the road Asian restaurants etc.The room is un-furnished and will fit a big bed and furniture. It has a built in robe with drawers. The house is huge with a big living area back yard with bbq pool and entertaining area. Plenty of space to chill out. It is homely and not a modern sterile home its very cosy and spacious. There is ducted heating for winter. Really nice place come and have a look.There is two 20 year old males and myself (27 year old female). One of the boys is a Brazillian IT student and likes soccer and fitness the other Australian and works full-time and likes socialising and fitness. I am an Australian full-time guitar student who also likes art. We love music so musicians or creative types are very welcome.We are not a party house so dont apply if you are a massive party animal. But we do have mates over sometimes and like hanging out with each other occasionally for drinks at home or out. Occasional party welcome.Would like someone between 19-30 years old. Have to be down to earth responsible easy going and considerate. No backpackers please prefered minimum stay is 6 months so this is best suited for someone studying or working in this area as it is a bit far from the city.Stop by and meet us Just call/text me when you would like to stop by.You will love it if youre up this way to study/work.
