Very nice apartment, very close to Deakin university and close to box hill Centro. Also very close to Surrey Hill, Mont Albert and Box Hill train stations and Westfield Doncaster is only a 10 minute drive up Elgar road.
All housemates are easy-going students aged from 20-22 so we are looking for somebody similar to rent the room, rent is around 660 per month and the bills tend to vary.

I am looking to move out in the first half of June so i’d prefer applicants looking to move in before July.
