Im a 24 year old refrigeration apprentice and coming into summer ill be working alot but im around more in winter. I consider myself an easy going guy who is flexable on all house rules and can workout all the ins and outs with who ever moves in to make things as comfitable as I can for both of us. looking for a guy or girl doesnt matter prefer whoever moves in to be reasonably easy going someone I can hang out with and go out with here and there. There is no parking available except on the nature strip and the real estate stresses no pets allowed and if you move in you will be expected to sign on to the lease.As far as location goes 10mins walk to Blackburn train station and bus depot 500 metres to forrest hill shopping centre (bus depot) 10mins drive away from deakin(east burwood campus) and 15 mins drive from monash(clayton campus)
