We are looking for 1 additional housemate. They have the choice of 2 different bedrooms both with built in robes. Rent is paid monthly and is $666 per month. The bond is $920 and the bills are split evenly. We currently have our own individual internet. There are 2 bathrooms and one has a large bath with spa jets. The house has ducted heating and cooling. There are two large living areas so there is enough room for everyone to have their own space. We are a friendly all girl house who like going out for dessert together and watching tv.
