30 minutes from the city! 3 minute drive to Blackburn station 15 minute walk! Big 4 bedroom home lots of room well furnished high ceilings clean awesome swimming pool. We have a fire place and central heating all of the furniture. Wifi internet is available throughout the entire house. We do our own cooking and are generally quiet during the week. We enjoy a laugh a there is a great positive vibe in the house we want to keep this balance.***Note****Adrian and I move into the property on the 16th of March. We are keen to meet interested people before this time at a cafe meeting place for a coffee to get to know each other.
