We have a quiet area private area on the lower floor of our house. Includes a large room with kitchenette, ensuite and space for studying.
We are a couple with two children one at Melbourne uni and the other still at school.
We are a short walk and bus ride into the city about 18kms out of the CBD.
We have a cat and two dogs who stay upstairs.
