Well well. We live in a cosy 1950s home- old but all in pretty good working order! Bright rather spacious awesome central heating and evaporative cooling. Massive back yard perfect for entertaining close to balwyn north shops and public transport is about a 3 min walk from the front door- tram/bus. Close to yarra trail and parks and if I must comment about the view we have a fig tree in our back yard which houses our 2 resident bats.Bills/expenses: Usual basic bills iincluding leccy gas water. We split them 4 ways. They come 2 to 3 monthly. About us housemates:Murray Hello there you will be living with Murray- 25 year old works full time like a trooper in hospitality and therefore can have odd hours. He is really laid back and relaxed enjoys a good old beer and really easy to live with- I should say a model housemate really. Good sense of humour and just easy to be around. Hannah 21 works full time and studied drama recently back from living abroad. Shes not really home a whole lot but when she is she likes to kick back and chill. Andrew 27 years old loves working out and works in hospitality. He is currently wearing white. Hes interested in art style and design. Hes laid back and also just recently back from being overseas. About the room:Large spacious and bright room – fits a queen size bed and tall boy easily. Includes a built in robe.Room available 17th March
