The room available is a good size and can fit a king sized bed + 2 sofas comfortably with room to spare!- There are 3 Bedrooms (2 currently occupied). One Swinburne student and one full time bar tender.- We are very relaxed and looking for someone else who is easy going (would prefer a student). -Utilities are not included
