A room is available in our brand new 2-story townhouse in Armadale. Weve been here for 12 months but one of our housemates is moving out with his girlfriend so we have a room to fill ASAP. The room has BIRs.The house is fully furnished (all you need is your bedroom stuff) and we have laundry courtyard air con/heating all brand new. Great location near train station and trams. To share with 3 others – Kate (me!) Paul and Pete – all working full time 28 yrs to 32 yrs – super easy going laid back and relaxed.
