“Hi, Nice sized double room to let in 3 bed apartment. Available July 1st- I am going overseas for 3 months and need to rent my room. The room is not huge but it is fully furnished and has a double bed, wardrobe and shelving. The rest of the flat is huge – we have a large and comfortable open plan kitchen/living area, fropnt porch and a small shared garden. wireless broadband, and kitchen has all mod cons. The apartment is a 5 minute walk to Windsor train station and Chapel st where there are many bars/nightclubs and restaurants so plenty to do, and in the other direction only 5 mins to Fitzroy st St Kilda so ideal location!!! You would be sharing with a girl and a guy in there 20′s both working full time. Both like a drink and a laugh, and are fairly social. Both are active and usually pretty busy with social life and careeers so they are not around the flat all the time. Please let me know if you are interested. Price is negotibale and the length of stay.
