We are looking for 2 PEOPLE to fill our nice double/twin bedroom: A big and bright one (double or twin bed): $135 each per week (all bills included) + $500 each for the bond. Our house is located in Victoria St 3min walking from the Vic Market close to bars restaurants trams stops shopping area 15-20min walking from Melbourne Uni RMIT Southern Cross Station. There are a fully furnished kitchen (oven dish-washer stoves microwave fridge…) a big living-room 2 bathrooms a laundry area and 5 bedrooms (4 singles and 1 double)… We of course respect each other privacy and keep the house clean. We are international students in our 20s working part-time for some of us. We are really easy going and open-minded and we like to spend time together share meals and go out for a drink and meet new people play cards watch movies play music (one guitar will be available!)… So if you feel interested come along to join our international family!!
