The room is spacious, easily fitting a queen size bed and desk currently, with a degree of privacy as you would have the entire ground floor to yourself. There is large shower in ensuite bathroom and a built in robe that includes drawers and shelves. There is also french doors that open out into a small courtyard/lightwell that catches the sun in the afternoon.

We’re looking for someone friendly, fun, outgoing and considerate. Hopefully a friend as well as a flatmate who we can share odd vino/beer and meal with (if you can cook and love organic food – all the better).

Also, included in the flatmate call is two cats – Persephone and Penndragon who are characters and like to get involved in daily life. The cats are fairly integral to the house – but they’re pretty entertaining and always up for hugs if you need one at the end of a long day. They are long haired so not great if you have allergies but as with all cats – feed them and you have a friend forever
