St Kilda apartment ~2 years old. 5 min walk to Acland and Fitzroy street. Nice modern apartment with balcony (views of luna park and the Palais theatre). Fully furnished (except no bed in spare room). Air con and heating.Looking for a friendly easy-going roomie who likes a clean house (without being psychotic about it). The apartment isnt big so not alot of privacy.
