Complex is centered around a tennis court (are you up for a game?) with other shared facilities including a pool and gym.Across the road is an IGA supermarket and laundry/dry-cleaner as well as the Malthouse Theatre cafe for that caffeine hit. Royal Botanic Gardens are a few hundred meters away and St Kilda Rd and Sturt St provide tram access.
