Hi there I have a really nice room with balcony in a very cool apartment in Southbank just behind Victoria Barracks 10 min walking from Federation Square. The complex has an outdoor pool a spa and a gym all situated in a well maintained garden. The apartment has everything: space (its huge) wooden floors aircon dishwasher modern appliances and of course me – the coolest housemate you can get Your room has a BIR and a balcony. You can easily fit in a queen size bed. My name is Victor and Im a 31 y.o. engineer. Im very easy going and extremely friendly.
