Three bedroom place in southbank with two spare rooms of which one is available. The complex is one of the low rise apartment blocks close to transport. There is a pool tennis court and gym with the central courtyard area. The place itself has a lot of space. The kitchen has recently been renovated and entire apartment was cleaned up with new paint and carpet about three years ago and is in excellent condition. Im hoping youre a normal fun nice respectful rational easy-going person. It would be good to get someone in that is interested in grabbing a bite every now and again.
