Single person room in 3 bedroom apartment on the 7th floor of a sweet southbank apartment. Available end of April 25th.Bedroom has wardrobe a window and double bed if needed. The apartment is fully furnished. Large living area 2 balconies 2 bathrooms ( You would be sharing a bathroom with one other person). Have access to gym swimming pool tennis court and bbq area. There is onsite security and our parking space is taken but there are always spaces being rented out for real cheap if you need one. We are opposite the Crown casino and only a 3 minute walk into the city. Public transport is right at our door step. Awesome location!We are a chilled out household.
