Hi I have 2 rooms available in an awsome fully furnished appartment in Southbank. The only things you need are for your room bed ect. The building has an onsite GYM, indoor POOL/SPA/SAUNA and Tenis court. The concerage collects big parcels for you and can even send out your dry cleaning if you like do that sort of thing.

Im Jarrod, 28, single, i work fulltime in a professional career, fairly chill during the week coffee’s with friends, Gym all the stuff everyone else tells you. On the weekends i love a drink and head out with friends.

I dont want to live with people who stay in there room all the time. I would rather them be the type of people who hangout around the place, have a beer or glass of wine throughout the week and will make this there home.

Its definatly not a party house but will suit friendly stable people.
