Hi my names Ross Im an easy going 25 year old non smoking male and Ive got a room in my apartment to rent. Its near the corner of city road and power street in southbank which is about a 5 minute walk to flinders street or a 2 minute walk from the casino. The room is a double with an amazing view out of floor to ceiling windows with a built in robe and the apartment has a huge kitchen/dining lounge area. There is also 1 large fully tiled bathroom which has a European laundry and a bathtub. The building also has a gym a pool and a tennis court you can use if you move in.Im very easy going sociable and a bit of a smart ass. I work as a boilermaker in williamstown (usually working from 6am to 4pm or later) and I work a lot but when Im not at work I love cooking sports movies music and and also a drink or three on the weekend. Im extremely clean and tidy and my apartment is mostly furnished (the only thing my housemate is taking is a couch and a bookcase) so pretty much all you need is your own bedroom stuff.My old housemate Jennifer was fantastic to live with but unfortunately shes moving out to live with her best friend who is moving to Melbourne.Im looking for someone social that is easy going enough to have a beer with but that also does their own thing.
