The apartment: pretty much amazing! Its about 12 months old (Im the first person whos lived in it) its on the top floor (level 22) very modern 2 bedroom 2 bathroom with 2 car spaces and a good sized balcony looking out to St Kilda Port Melbourne and Albert Park Lake on one side and the Botanical Gardens and the Shrine of Remembrance on the other side. Its furnished tastefully with good quality modern furniture and fantastic appliances (Miele stove and oven nice stainless steel fridge Nespresso machine etc). All you will need is your bed. Each of the rooms have the outer wall entirely out of glass so the views are amazing from your bed. The building is on Dorcas St in South Melbourne (just off St Kilda Road) about 50 metres from the Botanical Gardens (right across from the Shrine of Remembrance) very close to the Shrine tram stop on St Kilda Road and less than 1.5km from the city. 5 minute walk to the shopping precinct on Clarendon Street and the South Melbourne markets. The building is great and has a lap pool two spas great BBQ area gym nice lobby a big Foodworks just downstairs and restaurants etc nearby. You will LOVE this place!About me: Im a friendly easy going and happy girl Im a professional working in the CBD in my mid-20s my main interests are socialising travelling enjoying good food and good company! Im also quite house-proud and like the place to be neat and tidy so would appreciate someone who also likes to live in a nice clean home! Im pretty relaxed and am happy to give you your space!
