Hi I have a room for rent in a 2 bedroom/2bathroom apartment in Toorak. You will also have your own bathroom. The room for rent is unfurnished however the remainder of the unit is fully furnished.The unit is close to the tram stop on Toorak Rd and Hawksburn Train Station. It is only a short walk to Chapel St and to Toorak Village which has a Woolworths.I am a 25 year old professional female. I am fairly quiet during the week however am usually out and about over the weekend. I pride myself on keeping a nice and tidy house so you must be clean and tidy.
